Leases


Below are our prices for residential leases:

  • Residential Lease: $475
  • Residential Sub-Lease: $350
  • Assignment of Residential Lease: $350
  • Preparation and filing of UCC Financing Statement with Secretary of State: $50 + expenses
  • Add Personal Guaranty/Cosigner Form to Lease: $20




Deeds


Below are prices for residential real estate deeds:

  • Residential General or Special Warranty Deed: $250 + expenses
  • Residential General or Special Warranty Deed (passing property to series LLC): $300 + expenses
  • No Warranty Residential Deed: $250 + expenses




Sales Contracts


Below are our prices for residential leases:

  • TREC Residential Earnest Money Contract: $250
  • Residential Promissory Note: $200
  • Residential Deed of Trust: $200
  • Review and revision of TREC/TAR Residential Earnest Money Contract: $175
  • "AS-IS" Addendum to TREC/TAR Contract: $150




Evictions


Below are our prices for residential evictions:

  • Residential Eviction - Non-Jury Trial: $1,500 + expenses
  • Residential Eviction - Jury Trial: $2,500 + expenses
  • Residential Eviction Appeal in County Court - Non-Jury Appeal: $2,500 + expenses
  • Residential Eviction Appeal in County Court - Jury Appeal: $3,500 + expenses

  • Commercial General or Special Warranty Deed (passing property to series LLC): $350 + expenses
  • No Warranty Commercial Deed: $350 + expenses

  • Commercial Earnest Money Contract: $475
  • Commercial Promissory Note: $250
  • Commercial Deed of Trust (Real Property Only): $275
  • Commercial Deed of Trust (Real Property and Security Agreement): $350
  • Review of TAR Commercial Earnest Money Contract: $250
  • "AS-IS" Addendum to TREC/TAR Contract: $150
